The story of Only-Brii was born from Karina’s lifelong passion for brigadeiro — a love that comes straight from her family. Since childhood, brigadeiro has been part of her most simple and special moments: cozy cold days, family movie nights, or that craving for a sweet bite that warms the soul. Today, this tradition continues, now shared with her husband, who is just as passionate about brigadeiros as she is.
For us Brazilians, brigadeiro is more than a sweet treat. It’s comfort, nostalgia, and that bite that instantly transports you to happy memories. It’s present at birthday parties of all ages, celebrations, gatherings with friends, weddings, events, or simply in a quiet moment you choose to treat yourself.
After living abroad for the first time — and hearing friends mention how much they enjoyed brigadeiros — Karina began to feel an even stronger longing for the flavors of Brazil and the warmth of its cuisine. From this mix of nostalgia and the desire to share a piece of her culture, Only-Brii was born. The brand was created to bring these special little treats to more people, hoping they spark in you the same feelings they have always sparked in her.
